  I understand the frustration of the people on here in regards to wait times. Unfortunately the doctors are only given 10 minute consult times. Which is common with other places I have been too. With that in mind I know before I walk into the door that I am going to have to wait. But recently I had an experience that I was not happy with as a result of one of the reception staff. She was rude and brushed me off but then also forgot to check me in. So my appointment was late by 50 minutes. In saying that while I was sitting there and waiting for my appointment I watched one of the receptionist who was nothing short of amazing. She knew almost everyone that walked in the door. I could see that a woman was clearly upset with some results she had received and before she left she had a smile all because of her. She new the names of the kids of some parents that came and conversed with them and made them feel liked they mattered. She raised my rating up. Then my Doctor Stephan Unterkofler. He is a fantastic doctor. Straight to the point and always looks at the underlying factor and alternatives for me. I have followed him since 2007. He has moved from two practices and I still follow him. I am 20 km away from Craigmore Practice but that still doesn't stop me from seeing him. The place is conveniently located at the back of the shops next to Coles supermarket and the chemist is next to that. So that works for me. Drop off my scripts, go into Coles and then pick them up on the way out. Overall I would have given it a five but unfortunately for the one lady behind the counter who made my visit unpleasant I can only give it 4 stars. But Dr Unterkofler gets 5 stars every time.
